In the days of the AEF in the Palace of Independence will be provided the wireless internet access. This service is provided to participants and guests of the Forum for free of charge (coverage Wi-Fi, see schemes of the complex of “Palace of Independence”) .

Information -service centers 

In the information- service center (reference) located to the left of the main entrance of the complex of “Palace of Independence” (see schemes of the complex of “Palace of Independence”, 1^st floor), all participants will be provided by the following services:

• providing the necessary information on the business and cultural programs of the Forum;

• navigating through the halls of the Forum;

• taxi;

• lost and found;

• information office of the city;

• registration of business trip forms;

• telephone with the access to the city telephone numbers

Also, the information can be obtained at the Information Desk in the official hotels of AEF 2016 “Rixos President Astana”, “Beijing Palace Soluxe Astan”, “Radisson SAS Astana”, “Hilton Garden”, “Duman”, “Oasis Inn”, and in the information center of Astana International Airport.

In the pauses between events, guests and participants can relax and talk in a normal atmosphere in the so-called “area of business communication”.

In the areas of business communication, you will find the most favorable conditions for business communication and quiet work.

Rooms for bilateral and multilateral meetings (available by preliminary application). Rooms are ideal for bilateral and multilateral meetings, signing contracts and they are meant for business and informal talks with the required setting with the possibility of accommodating of 10-12 people. Rooms are equipped with modern comfortable furniture, where participants can meet to discuss economic issues (see schemes of “Palace of Independence” complex).

Language (simultaneous interpretation)

Main activities of AEF 2016 provided with simultaneous interpretation: Kazkakh, Russian and English languages.

Interpretation receivers and headphones will be issued under the guarantee of the identity document (to foreign participants on the visiting card). Points of issue are shown in the scheme of the “Palace of Independence” complex. Participants can use the receivers throughout the day regardless of the visited events of the Forum.

Identity document (visiting cards of foreign participants) will be returned upon handing in the receiver of simultaneous translation and headphones at any time during the day)
