To obtain a badge one must have an original identity document (passport, ID card, diplomatic passport). Those wishing obtaining the badges for the delegation of participants must be in possession of an official power of attorney executed in any format. Registered participants may update personal information and photograph upon receipt the badge.
The badges for Media Representatives and VIP delegates will be issues in the separate area of a tent.
To attend all the events of the Astana Economic Forum 2016 you have to provide electronic badge. The electronic badge is nominal, transfer it to third parties is prohibited. One badge is issued only for one participant of the forum. If you want to get badges for the group of persons (delegation), you will need to issue an official letter on the blank of the organization, with the list persons (full name) for whom a badge is obtained, as well as with contact information and details of the document (upon presentation) of receiving person (sample will be sent to you by email). In case of loss, damage of the badge one must give his identity document to obtain a duplicate in the badge office.
