• Reservation of front section seats at the halls    where AEF main events are conducted;
• Meeting rooms (for 1 hour – upon preliminary application);
• Attendance at the limited access events (subject to approval);
• Coffee break and lunch at VIP-zone;
• Group sightseeing tour in Astana.

Services provided by organizers:

• Reservation of first rows seats at the AEF main events;
• Meeting rooms (for 3 hour – upon preliminary application);
• Attendance at the limited access events (subject to approval);
• Participation in a formal reception on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (by request);
• Selection of AEF base materials (articles, reports, presentation of works, video materials);
• Organization of interview with mass media of Kazakhstan (upon request);
