Theological Faculty of the University in Geneva, WIPO Academy - Course on Intellectual Property, Geneva, Management of Emergencies, University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA, Ph.D. – JUDr, University of Charles, Prague graduated in 1981 from the Institute of International Relations.
