«Khazret Sultan» - “Holy Sultan Mosque”
«Khazret Sultan» - “Holy Sultan Mosque” (religious institutions) One of the most modern sights of Astana, the young capital of Kazakhstan, is a mosque Khazret Sultan. The author of the project is the famous British architect Norman Foster. Bottom of the pyramid is 62h62 m, height of 62 meters. The top of the pyramid is decorated with a work of art of the artist Brian Clarke - stained glass window with images of 130 doves symbolizing nationalities living in the land of Kazakhstan.
Nur-Astana Mosque (religious institutions)
The mosque was constructed under the project of Lebanese architect Charles Hazifa. The height of the main dome - 43 meters. There is large hall inside where can pray at the same time 5,000 people. On the second floor - balcony, designed for 2 thousand prayer women.
Bayterek
The monument represents the idea of Kazakh people of the universe. According to legend, Baiterek - the tree of life, towards which sacred bird Samruk seeks. Samruk takes refuge in its high crown to lay a golden egg - the Sun, giving life and hope.
Meanwhile, at the roots of the tree has hidden hungry dragon Aydahar wanting to eat an egg. Thus was represented the eternal struggle between good and evil. It also runs the World River on whose banks stands Bayterek, propping up the sky of his crown and roots hold the ground.
Khan Shatyr
Khan Shatyr - is a new symbol of the capital of Kazakhstan. National Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Kulyash Baiseitova
Theatre began its history with a memorable 2000, when for the further development of Astana as the political and cultural center of the country on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in January 2000 was created a opera and ballet theater "Ak Orda".

Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The museum was established by Presidential Decree of 28 August 2004, the first visitors to the building of the former Residence of the Head of the State Museum were accepted in March 2005. Nazarbayev in the construction of an independent democratic state.
