The member states of the EEU and PRC are promoting a broad agenda for joint development through the combined efforts of all the countries of the region and the neighbouring regions, and the recently-concluded Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation is one of the key examples in this area. What prospects do the countries of the EEU and the PRC see in developing their mutual interdependence, and what do they see as an effective response to the growing risks to economic growth? What steps could further increase the impact of cooperation on joint projects within the framework of the implementation of the new Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation and the One Belt, One Road Initiative? How should the expanded interaction between the EEU countries and the PRC n the Eurasian region be seen - should it be expressed in a new multilateral format for cooperation?
