The Astana Economic Forum (AEF) was held in the capital of Kazakhstan for two days (on May 25-26); it brought together leading international experts and specialists from different countries. A special guest of the forum was a Chinese businessman, founder and board chairman of Alibaba Group Jack Ma, Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan Asset Issekeshev shared his impressions from the performances of the outstanding businessman,BNews.kz reports.
"An inspiring speech of Jack Ma at the forum made once again to reflect on the issue of digitalization of the country," wrote Aset Isekeshev on his Facebook page.
In this regard,Minister talked about the development of "Digital Kazakhstan-2020" program.
When a block of information and communication has been in the Ministry of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan, the whole legal framework for open government (mandatory publication of data on procurement, budget execution and other public data) and the base for the government to citizens (the main task - extend services for public on a single window principle, in other words, now, it is 200 services, will be 550 and will increase transparency and reduce corruption) was developed.
