Kazakhstan and China Telecommunications Corporation discussed cooperation in providing the population with access to broadband Internet, to participate in "Information Kazakhstan - 2020" program, BNews.kz reports.
The issues of cooperation with Kazakhstan in the field of information and telecommunications were discussed in China Silicon Valley. Ambassador of Kazakhstan to China Shahrat Nuryshev paid a working visit to Shenzhen (author’s note. Guangdong, China Silicon Valley) and the headquarters of "Huawei" (Huawei's) corporation.
Ambassador familiarized with the advanced developments of the company in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), the creation of "Safe City» (Safe city), «smart city» (Smart city), the use of 4G and 5G mobile Internet, cloud computing (Cloud computing), creating (data center) large databases, the press service of MFA of Kazakhstan reports.
At a meeting with the Vice-president of the "Huawei" company Ms. Lin Zhu Tsi discussed prospects of cooperation between companies of the two countries in the information, telecommunications and Internet fields.
