The ambassador of Kazakhstan in Romania Daulet Batrashev visited the largest industrial and agricultural region Timish located in the southwest of Romania BNews.kz reported.
Representatives of the large companies of Romania working in the field of rural and forestry, mechanical engineering, the light, electrotechnical, food and textile industries and also in the sphere of tourism took part in the conference on Kazakhstan investment opportunities, advantages of business in Kazakhstan and to further development of trade and economic interaction between two countries.
The ambassador acquainted representatives of a business community of the region with investment opportunities of Kazakhstan, preferences and incentives in priority branches of economy, basic provisions of the Message of the President "Kazakhstan in new global reality: growth, reforms, development". Noting interest of the Romanian business in development of mutually beneficial cooperation, D. Batrashev invited the Romanian companies to participate in implementation of investment projects in Kazakhstan.
The head of commerce and industry and agricultural chamber of the region Timish, Florica Kiritsa in the context of diversification of trade and economic cooperation noted the prospects of expansion of interaction in the field of light and chemical industry. She noted that in the current year the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the region will create and direct to Kazakhstan economic mission in structure of representatives of the main companies of the region.
